If we recover the compensation for you, our fee is 28 % of the amount received. If we fail — 0 €. Your costs of the proceedings — 0 €.

If we cannot recover the compensation from the airline, you pay us nothing.
Up to 75 % of the fee back if we win in court
If the claim goes to court and is won, you get back up to 75 % of the fee paid to us on the compensation thanks to additional claims.
Returning-customer discount
Returning customers can receive a discount code giving a 25 % fee on future claims.
VAT
If FlightClaims becomes VAT-registered, the fee will be 25 % + VAT.
The fee covers
- Legal assessment of the case and calculation of the compensation
- Drawing up and submitting the claim to the airline
- All communication with the airline and intermediaries
- Pre-court and court proceedings if necessary
- Additional claims (e.g. ticket price, hotel, meals, transport)
We do not handle baggage-related claims.
When do you pay?
Only after the compensation from the airline has been received.
